Established in 1997 to promote secure disk mirroring for a wealth of mission-critical applications, Symmetry Innovations Pty Ltd (SI) today offers its customers an extensive range of products and expertise targeting the realtime embedded marketplace. Located in Canberra, Australia, SI offers its services primarily to companies in the Asia/Pacific region, although the company is able to support customers with services, regardless of where the customer is located around the globe.

As part of the QNX Solutions Network, SI supports its customers through highly experienced professionals with over 50 years of in-house QNX expertise. The company positions their customers for success through the provision of associated product lines. Specific services and products include:

SI also has developed a flexible data acquisition (DAQ) framework IO-ADC for QNX 6 that supports the cost-effective Symmetric Research PAR4CHdata acquisition hardware. SI has also developed QNX 6 drivers for National Instruments PC Card DAQ hardware.
